This programme developed by Python extracts live data of properties 1 miles radius around Buckingham Palace displayed on Rightmove.
 

The data is then used for analysis to make property investment decisions.
 

User guide: Once you download and open the exe file, you type Y in the programme to download the csv file for property data.
 

Data download may take a few minutes. You will see a sentence "Your file has been downloaded." in the programme box once your file is sucessfully downloaded.
